Payment Policies

All lessons are pre-paid, unless other arrangements are made.
Monthly payments are due the last week of each month for the following month. 

Payments for single lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are not final until payment is received. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled within 24 hours of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Lessons cancelled 24 hours in advance qualify for a make-up lesson. A credit may be applied to a subsequent lesson up to 30 days after the cancelled lesson.

Same-day cancellations do not qualify for a make-up lesson nor for a credit. The student forfeits the lesson fee.
